About Me

As a Spiritual Empowerment Coach and Integration Specialist, my goal is to aid in the healing and awakening of humanity. I offer unique solutions to accessing and transforming subconscious blocks into stepping stones towards a life filled with freedom, peace, and joy.

I embody mysticism by honoring the oracle within. I remember what others have forgotten. I see beyond appearances, reading energy, emotion, and vibration with precision. My inner knowing is my compass, and silence is my teacher. My insight is about perceiving the patterns and possibilities woven through the present moment. My wisdom guides others back to their own truth.

When people ask me about my profession, I find it challenging to give a title that defines me. I believe the question "Who are you?" is more important than "What do you do?" I believe understanding who we are is more important than what we do.

In the year 2000, I survived a major health crisis when doctors discovered a brain aneurysm. During my recovery, I learned a lot about myself, mind, body, and spirit.

I began to seek balance for my inner and outer worlds. I utilized mindfulness practices, meditation, and natural plant medicines to calm my nervous system, cleanse my body, and rewire my brain's default way of thinking.

Consistency with these practices has allowed me to create a life that aligns with my Heart and Soul purpose.
