Reiki is a non-physical energy that gives life to every living organism. We Carry this energy in and around our bodies from the moment we are conceived. Reiki is a form of healing with its origins in India and the east, dating back many thousands of years. 

Rei means universal, Omni present, present everywhere at the same time.
Esoterically Rei means spiritual consciousness, the omniscient wisdom of God, or the higher self.

Ki is the non-physical vitality that gives life to all living things. Many cultures, understand and recognize the importance of ki energy, and how it impacts our lives and well-being. Ki energy can be activated for the purpose of healing.

When you feel healthy and full of enthusiasm, life seems easier to deal with and
you have a higher resistance to illness and disease.
When your ki is low from stress, anxiety or depression, you’ll be more susceptible to disease and sickness. 

Ki is the very essence of the Soul; it leaves the body when a person dies.
Reiki is holistic. It works on the body, mind and spirit by stimulating a person's own natural healing abilities to help clear blocked emotional and physical elements that lead to illness and disease.

Reiki is the highest most profound vibration of life. Divine in origin, Reiki is pure, unconditional, love and joy, bringing all who experience and embrace its principles together in harmony.


Reiki is channeled through the body by your practitioner. Your body receives what it needs for healing. Reiki is never "sent".


Reiki is not a religion. Reiki is a Self-Care practice and a Sacred Healing Modality.

Synergy Dance Movement Flow is a practice encouraging movement through the chakra system. This practice empowers self-expression and healing through movement, vibration, metacognitive therapy and art.

This is a one-on-one somatic practice facilitated and lead by Deniese. This practice can help bring the chakra system back into a state of balance and harmony. Guided visualization and metacognitive therapy help to gain access to deeper parts of the subconscious. Adding movement helps to unlock deeply held memories waiting to be addressed.

Each week one chakra is explored with meditation, color therapy, journaling and new options for daily self-care practices. Exploration of the inner world helps to bring the body back into alignment on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.

Natural herbs have been used throughout history by many cultures to cure common ailments and discomforts of the body.  Herbs such as Ashwagandha and Calendula are known to calm the central nervous system providing relief of anxiety and stress related symptoms.

Adaptogenic mushrooms help to calm the body's stress response, anxiety and overall wellbeing. Adaptogens bring the body back into balance by managing mental and physical stressors. 

Microdosing small amounts of adaptogens can help to rewire habitual ways of thinking and responding to stressful situations. This allows one to operate from a state of ease and flow.
